City of Cotabato STP facility groundbreaking

Today a great leap in the Philippine water sector was made with the groundbreaking of the first Septage Treatment Facility in the City of Cotabato. This is a project that will not just benefit its residents through reliable septage collection services, but also protect the local environment through modern and sustainable treatment of the city's wastewater. Chemical Research is proud to work with the City of Cotabato LGU and Metro Cotabato Water District in bringing this project to life.

Calamba Water District STP inauguration

We are immensely proud of the Chemres team for their outstanding work on the newly inaugurated septage treatment plant of Calamba Water District! Special recognition goes to Angelo de Jesus, our President; Jan de Jesus, our Vice President for Operations; Joe Aspiras, our Senior Vice President for Engineering/Technical; and Marites Villoria, our Luzon Sales Head for Water, for their leadership and dedication to this important project. Our heartfelt thanks also go to our partners at the Calamba Water District, led by their esteemed Board of Directors and General Manager, GM Jhun Aguilar, for their trust and collaboration. This project is not just a milestone for Calamba City but a significant contribution to sustainable water management in the Philippines. Together, we are making strides towards a cleaner and healthier future for all!

2024 OzWater Convention

Our president, Mr. Angelo De Jesus, represented our company and the Philippine Water Works Association (PWWA) during the 2024 Ozwater Convention in Melbourne, Australia last April 30 to May 2, 2024. Also serving as the VP-International of PWWA, he signed a transformative three-year Memorandum of Understanding between the Australian Water Association (AWA) and the Philippine Water Works Association (PWWA). We would like to extend our congratulations to PWWA on the signing of this MOU and directing a course towards innovation and cooperation in water management.
